Brighton Black Sox

At 9-8, the Brighton Black Sox are sitting pretty, smack dab in the middle of the Bill Stewart Division of Boston's Yawkey League, just a few points off the pace of the division's perennial basement dweller, the Brighton Braves, the aging Brighton Brewers, and the league darlings, Somerville Alibrandis.

"I'm inspired to go out and beat Somerville after reading this", says former Sox coach Joe Terrio, who gave up his role as manager and coach of the Black Sox to "spend time with his family". Terrio was referring to the Black Sox next game against the Somerville Alibrandis on Saturday, a game that should determine the winner of the Bill Stewart division.
